Start at the top. Unplug the machine first.

Check both water supply faucets behind the washer are fully open.

Check the fill hoses for kinks, and in winter for freezing.

With a bucket ready for the water in them, disconnect the hoses from the back of the washer and check the hoses and the inlet filters for blockages, cleaning them if needed.
