The most useful mail we get. Include the brand, the code and what your machine actually did — and the source you think is right, if you have one. Every correction is checked against the sources on the page, and the checked date changes when a fact does.
- Partnerships and parts data
For OEM parts databases, repair networks and anyone with service documentation. Tier A material — service manuals and tech sheets — is the hardest thing to reach and the most valuable, so that is the conversation we most want.

What this site is not
Faultsheet is a reference, not a repair service and not a manufacturer. We cannot diagnose your machine over email, book an engineer, handle a warranty claim, or supply parts. For any of those, contact the manufacturer or a local technician — every code page links the manufacturer’s own documentation for exactly that reason.
If a code involves gas, a water heater, or anything that smells of burning, stop and call a licensed professional rather than emailing anyone.
